The 10 finalists are Tanner Jorden, 21, USA; Victoria S. “We are honored to host the finalists from all over the world and look forward to their outstanding performances,” said Dr. Hyeyoung Song, competition director and WC’s artist-in-residence.

Lydia Artymiw from the University of Minnesota, Enrico Elisi from Texas Christian University, and Antonio Pompa-Baldi from the Cleveland Institute of Music will judge the final round.

The award ceremony will take place at about 3:30 p.m., and the winner will be offered a solo recital at WC during the 2024–25 academic year.

“Since its inception, the competition has earned a reputation from pianists, teachers, and world-class judges for its uncompromisingly high musical standards,” Song said. We sincerely hope you will join us here at WC.”
